Mera peak is one of the most popular of Nepal's 18 “Trekking Peaks". From the trekker, the walk from Lukla through the Sherpa country of the remote Hinkhu valley is an unforgettable experience, offering superb scenery, and abundant wildlife -including rumored sightings of the legendary yeti. About 700 foreign visitors climb the 6654m. Mera peak each year, an achievement which requires mountaineering skills and a special permit from the Nepal Mountaineering Association.
The altitude of Mera Peak is 6654m. Above sea level, Mera peak was an almost overlooked mountain to the east of the main Khumbu trekking trails. It is situated in the Everest region in a remote valley, Mera peak is a non technical mountain. It is suitable for anyone of average or above average fitness wishing to fulfill the dream of a high Himalayan summit or those with a yearning for adventure. When you stand upon the summit, spread before you will be an unbelievable panorama of peaks such as Mt. Everest, Makalu & hundreds of other beautiful mountains.
After famous Mera peak summit, our trek takes route to adventures High pass via Amphu Labtsa or Ama Labtsa (5,700m). This pass required to fix Ropes. After Pass, you will reach Chhukung (foot of island peak). This is very long day and one of hard day of this trip.
Island peak another Popular Trekking peak in Everest region which is possible to join together with Mera peak crossing Amphu labtsa pass.

- Nepal Visa fee: Nepal entry visa (US$ 25 or equivalent foreign currency for 15 days, US$ 40 or equivalent foreign currency for 30 days & US$ 100 or equivalent foreign currency for 90 days. you will also require 2 passport size photos.)
- Travel & Health Insurance- Emergency Helicopter Rescue Insurance (Most recommended)
- Lunch & Dinner in Kathmandu - keep $ 5 to 10 for per meal in Tourist Restaurant
- Any Alcoholic Drinks, Cold Drinks, Boiled & Mineral Water, Beverages, deserts Etc in Trek

In Kathmandu City, if you would like to make your own city sightseeing or your own hotel reservation, we are happy to take out those services from our Set package and we will provide you only Trekking package to and from Kathmandu.However, we highly recommend to follow our set Package for your hassle free memorable travel experience.
